Highly customizable wordpress ads plugin?

I’m looking to set up my blog for ads. I see there seems to be no shortage of plugins, but I’m not sure which one would suit me best.

I want the ability to be able to post ads both in any part of a page and in set locations. Some ads I might want to be sitewide, while others I might just want to have on a specific post/page.
