Hiding Page Titles

At the moment whenever I create a page I have to give it a name else it looks a bit of a mess in the WP database. Which is great as it means I’ve been able to sort out all my posts etc Problem is I still want to keep the names but I don’t want them appearing in bold at the top of every live page on the site like so:

I’d like to drop a few pics in for headers and remove the likes of $merc$ completely. Any ideas how folks?
