Hide upload from sources

    Hi all,

    I want to hide sources from uploads, everybody can find the pictures i made in there. How can i do that. They only have to go to uploads and then 2018 and they see all the files.

    That number 01 02 03 how can i hide those?

    How can i hide everything?
