Hide Timestamp Plugin/ Current Date

    Is there a plugin to hide the date stamp on a post? Is there a plugin that will give the option of showing the current date? I’m using the “Fast Track” theme and I can’t figure out how to eliminate or modify the date stamp on my static pages.
