hide post login/register fields

I would like to hide/disable the post level login/register fields that appear on blocked posts.

I have the sidebar widget visible for every post/page so the post version is a double up and looks untidy – in this instance. I personally find the widget a cleaner interface which allows me to set up custom pages.

Also it seems a bit redundant that as a part of the Existing Users Login options there’s a “register” link, then immediately below that is the New Users Registration form fields.

I want to keep the dialog string just not the fields.

Can a filter to achieve this?

I’m using 2.8.6 WP-Members on WP 3.6.1
