Hide Item From Mobile Settings Not Working

    None of the troubleshooting tips for making this plugin work on my mobile site is working, so I’m electing to disable it for mobile by hiding all items that have the mega menu from mobile.

    I’ve cleared the css cache but the item is still visible on mobile even if it is set to be hidden.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    Please post a link to your site so I can take a look.

    It sounds like you are not seeing the mega menu mobile menu at all, I suspect you’re seeing the theme mobile menu which is why none of the mega menu settings are applied to it.

    The item I want to hide from the mobile menu is ‘shop’. This item, and the entire menu are defined in the wp dashboard and not in any theme file.

    Hi ene,

    Thanks.

    The problem is because you’ve set the Responsive Breakpoint to 0px (the description for that setting says “Set to 0px to disable responsive menu.” but I will change that to “Set to 0px to disable mobile menu.” to make it more clear).

    Please change the Responsive Breakpoint to 767px and enable ‘Disable Mobile Toggle’.
