Hide Category Pulldown Toolbar

    Thanks for the fast response 😀

    The very fist part of the calendar is the Categories toolbar (which has a pulldown listing all defined categories, can this be hidden? using css maybe?).

    One more thing, in future releases, are there any plans to colour the entire event as per its category? (in the current release, all day-cells show with white background. For visibility, I thought it would be cool if the events would show with their associated background colour as this makes inspection/recognition much easier).
