“Hide Blank Fields” has stopped working

I have a custom field called “Download related PDF.” The toggle to hide fields when empty is set to ON, but Ultimate FAQ is showing the field regardless. I chose “Link” as the field type, but, when there is a URL in that field (e.g., https://www.balanceanddizziness.org/pdf/Health-Professionals.pdf), it is showing the HTML, not a link:

We are a small non-profit and I am the volunteer Webmaster reporting to the Board. I really need to get this fixed so I can let them know it’s working properly. Thank you for any help you can give me.
