Hiddeen JS panel containing form

    Hi everyone

    I want to put a form into a hidden panel on a page, that’s either shown or slid out when the user clicks a link. I’ve seen js slider plugins that can only support a panel at the top or bottom of the page, but I want to be able to have a hidden form in the page body.

    Anything out there that can do this?
