Hex Color Picker not working

    The hex color picker is not working on my site (as seen in widgets, customizer, PageBuilder,etc). Instead it shows a big white box with a selection of eight ugly colors. How do I fix this?

    I have tried re-installing the latest version of WordPress, and all my plugins are updated.
