Help..Just please help me!

Please somebody look at my site. http://www.beverlyimagegroup.com. I have gone as far as I can go. My main issues are trying to put content in the huge white space above the header. Also I wanted to know if the post/slider option means I can have a couple of pictures interchanging on the home page? I would also like to add a video if that’s not far-reaching. I have tried everything but slamming my computer to the floor because that won’t help me either. I need to breath a little life into my site.
