Help with this CSS problem please!

As you can see half way down there is a little dip in the side of the main page where there is like an extra pixel or something.

I think its a CSS problem but cant figure it out. I want the extra white bit to be grey like the bit abouve it

Any ideas?

Ok this problem doesnt seem to show in IE

also Firefok is now displaying my links staggered but IE isnt

any ideas?
