    Please contact the theme vendor for support. Support should be included with the purchase, and they probably know the theme better than most of us.

    thanks James for the fast reply but I have tried to contact them in their forums and the theme is based on genesis Framework anyway today I will try to get the owners username and pass for their forum to get this issues resolved.
