Help with porting design

I have a website that I would like to port to a wordpress theme. It’s an old site that I made myself some years ago, and the html is not very good. I would like to have it updated to support css & xhtml and ported to wordpress.

I would pay someone to do it for me, but couldn’t afford to pay much.
