Help with ipad iphone specific CSS

Hi Greetings..
I have an issue on my site cloudchowk.com/future/
where my footer gets misaligned only in iPads and iPhones.
(I use iPad, iPhone 4 and also ipad-emulator, ipadpeek, iphone-emulator for verification)
Rest of the browsers are rendering the site smoothly.

#footer-wrap-inner{
width: 100% !important;
}

The above width needs to be modified to 103% for ipad and 200% for iphones for the site to be normal on iOS devices.
I tried by adding separate stylesheet for iOS devices, by using @media coeds. But nothing seems to work just for me. And I really need to solve this issue as much earlier as I could.
Any sort of help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
