Help With Firefox Formatting

I am having problems getting the format of my blog to work properly in Firefox browsers.

My website is http://www.WilyTrader.com

It shows up fine in Internet Explorer: This is what I want it to look like:

But in Firefox, the header gets pushed to the left and the outline around my input boxes and buttons disappears making my sidebars just look a little strange.

Please help as I’m at a loss for how to fix it. I’ve tried aligning the header to center in my style sheet but that didn’t work and I have no idea what to do with the border issue.
