Help with Democracy

I have installed and am running the Democracy poll on my site, http://www.blog.tandemvoicebooth.com. The first, default poll worked fine but when I deleted that and added a new poll it stopped showing up within the site.

Help would be appreciated 🙂 Running WP 2.3.2
