Help with blogs

Hey guys please i need your help. I have started a wildlife website. http://www.beautyofsouthafrica.co.za and i would like to start a section for blogs. Were if they would like to start a blog they can do it on my website. How would i go about doing this with wordpress? Is it possible? and what would you recommend i do.
