Help wanted – Group email functionality

We have a secure area on a WP site that I want a user (subscriber) to be able to send an email from – and that email will go to a fixed list of many recipients.

The recipient list could be from a file on the site (easiest for me), or they could be users of the site (not ideal for me, as not all members of the club will use the site – I’d be setting up ‘dummy’ accounts).

Does anyone know of a plugin that offers this? Or some way I can code it directly into a page? I learn fast, but bit of a coding noob.
