Help – Syntax error emediately after installation :(

At first login i noticed this message on my dashboard:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home3/iaktivco/public_html/dev/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-comments-list-table.php on line 144

I checked the file/line and it reads:

//, number_format_i18n($num_comments->spam) ), “<span class=’spam-comment-count’>” . number_format_i18n($num_comments->sp

Please help me understand/fix that.
