Are you still using the same theme?
I am still using Jenny for one site, and have just started building (or wanting to build) a second site…I thought it would be good not to use Jenny again as it’s been giving me so many problems (even though it would be good to have them have the same look)…

That’s down to the individual theme developers. If you are looking for high quality themes, we recommend that you only download them from reputable sources – such as http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/

Try another theme. And please stop posting every few minutes. You are now triggering the forum’s spam filter.
And there is no theme called “smallbiz” in the Theme Repo that I can find.
