No I don’t know how to change code but I can tell my uncle to do that for me. If I know where and what what files to change.

You or he can just go into the admin > Links > Link Categories and select the Blogroll line for Edit.
Then you can just delete the title (“blogroll”) and save the new settings.

Well, in that case – due to the structure of your theme – somebody will have to take a look at the sidebar.php file of the theme, and check which template tag is used to display the links Template_Tags#Links_Manager_tags
Some of them include automatically the “title” (heading) other don’t. So, you’ll have to choose one that doesn’t display the heading.
