Help Please

I own a church website varnellumc.org and I installed your plugin – great by the way. However, how does the user edit the phone number, email address, etc… I need for it to populate all fields http://varnellumc.org/members is the basic page and shows all the information on this page but on the profile page it does not show anything but the description. I would like it to show the contact information of the user. Like I said above, when I edit, All I can edit the description field but nothing else. What if the user needs to change the phone number or address?
