help on error in 1.5

    I thought I had everything figured out, but now I am getting an error message when trying to login that says

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_mail() (previously declared in /home/swipeys/public_html/wp-login.php:65) in /home/swipeys/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1598
