HELP! Nothing is working

Okay! I’m trying to install a “follow” plugin, but none of them are working. I did get the share and follow plugin to work (sort of, I can’t figure out the RSS feed!), but I’m looking for one that I can have email subscribers.

I just switched over from ladywiththeredrocker.wordpress.com to my new self hosted site ladywiththeredrocker.com. I’m trying to transfer all my email subscriptions over, but I can’t get any of the plugins to work. I need one that I can manage the subscriptions. What am I doing wrong? Please help!!
