Help Needed Installing WordPress

Hello!

I just registered a domain name and hosting with jumpline and was looking to install wordpress. They do not have an easy one-click installation using their plesk destop. They offer a version where if I use it all of my posts will go to girlgoneveggie.com/wordpress. The service guy I called said wordpress needs to be installed manually.

I downloaded the manual version but am now completely confused as to what to do next. I looked at the five minute installation guide and it does not seem so simple to me. I already purchased a theme that I would like to use on my blog and am very frustrated by all the coding and things that are quite frankly above my head.

Does anyone know of anyone who offers a relatively cheap service to install and get this all up and running? I do not have much more money to spend on my blog but would really like to get to use what I am paying for.
