Help Me With Responsive Design

    I am having a website at TechnoArea.In and i am trying to make my them responsive but i am half way done.

    When i am resizing my theme some text are still out of screen, nav menu is not resizing and so on can you plz tell me what i am missing and what i should add in my CSS
