  • Either the file “load.php” is missing or the permissions are wrong on it, by the sounds of it.

    If it’s missing, you’ll need to put it back, with the correct permissions.

    If the permissions are wrong you’ll need to put them right (or maybe your hosting service will have to do that). The file should be owned by the web server user and have 644 permissions (Readwrite | read | read).
