help making wordpress cms with google map mashup

Hey guys, need help making a CMS wordpress site similar to the concept of this site:http://cheapassfood.com/

I installed alot of CMS plugins like pods and my theme is CMS friendly but I am having difficulties implementing this plugin:

in hopes to accomplish something similar to the said website. If anyone has any pointers, advice, or suggestions on how to accomplish this. Pleeease let me know.
