Help : How do I solve Database Error?

    Hello!!!
    I’m Mr Kyaw Thu Linn. I’m from Yangon, Myanmar. I’ve a blog which is depend on the wordpress.org. My blog address is http://uth.iblogger.org. But I can’t open my blog page about one month. If I open my blog page, I saw a short message only. That message is Error establishing a database connection.
    I wanna know that Is my blog damage or not? And how can I solve that problem? Could anyone please help me?

    Please check if your database server is working correctly. If the server address or connection user name or password are changed, you have to get them changed correspondingly in the wp-config.php file which could be found in the wordpress root directory.
