Help fix wordpress account!

    Hello! I have a problem with my wordpress account! I can´t reinstall the wordpress on both ways…by ftp or dashboard…i cant install or update any plugin…and i dont now what to do anymore! And i cant substitue my .htacces from my server by ftp…
    Can anyone help me?…i give the user and pass to someone who help me…by email! Thanks
