HELP Finding Basic Plugin to Display Photos

Currently, this is the photo page I have put together: http://racingdudes.com/caliswag/

But as I add more galleries the page just keeps increasing longer. I’m looking for a simple WordPress plugin that will allow me to display a single photo (featured image) for each gallery. Then click that and open a lightbox or new page with the gallery. Something very similar to what SmugMug has available (http://www.melaniemartines.com).

Please help, I’ve been looking for weeks and must have downloaded 50 different plugins. All don’t work and extremely overly complicated. Thanks!
