Help edit page

I’ve been looking for a way to edit the page that the XDforum uses inbetween the register link of WP and the forum page, I would like to add some addition text to this page…. http://www.urbanlivingseattle.com/wordpress/?page_id=183&xdforum_action=profile&xdf_ID=
Any ideas on where the code is to edit? It doesn’t appear as a page or a post and I can’t find it in the files on my server to edit… I’m learning PHP so is there something obvious that I’m missing?
