Help adding IP Cam feed to posts

I’m trying to add a live feed from my IP Cam on a seperate page. Everything I’ve tries has failed me and I can’t find anything in the search for IP Cam feed either. Can anyone help me out on this one? The feed page is: http://24.240.45.54:1024/img/image.cgi?next_file=main_fs.htm
If anyone also knows a way to just get the video without the frame and controls that would be great also.
