HELP!!!!

Not sure what happened but my homepage is wonky and missing the navigation bar. Also, I can’t seem to get rid of some links that now appear on the homepage that are not supposed to be there. I am very new to wordpress and need HELP!

also willing to possibly ‘bring on’ some web development help.
