HELP!!!

    I downloaded the Olsen light and have been working on it for a few days. Last night I upgraded to PRO. I waited the half hour for the email for the upgrade but never got it. I sent two emails for support, no one got back to me. Tonight when trying to go to my website nothing is working. It will only connect when you put /home/ at the end of my website. I should be able to connect with just jewelsgriffin.com I spent 3 hours on the phone with hostgator. They escalated this until there was no where else to go. They deactivated and reactivated and tried so many things. They suggested I reach out to you for help.

    Hello there Julianne.

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with the update.

    Let’s start with the /home/ bit. If you want to set the “home” page to be your static front page just navigate to Settings -> Reading and set it there, once you save you will get that page as your site’s homepage.

    Regarding the update to PRO now. Using the credentials (username/password) you used while registering try to log in to our downloads section here, does this work? Can you download Olsen Pro?

    Yes. I downloaded it to my computer but don’t know how to upload it to WordPress.
