HEIC Media Library

I have read the Forum. The topic is closed – without there being a solution. I am trying to copy HEIC photos from my iPhone to my Media Library. I have installed WP Add MIME Types. I went to ‘Add Vales’ and typed in: heic = image/heic
But I still can’t put my HEIC photos in the Media Library.
Can anyone help?
