Heads up!

Heads up! There may be a problem with your connection to Square. In order to continue accepting payments, please disconnected and reconnect
Sync is working fine, I don’t use Square payments on Woo. I use Stripe. Square payments is disabled, how do I remove this prompt?

Greetings!
We’re encountering a common issue: Heads up! It appears there’s an issue with your connection to Square. To keep accepting payments, please disconnect and reconnect. However, despite multiple attempts to reconnect, the problem persists. Additionally, we’re unable to access the product data editing feature on our Woocommerce website. Editing images, descriptions, shipping details, attributes—none of the tabs are responsive. This seems to be directly related to the Square plugin, as everything functions properly when disconnected. The synchronization between WooCommerce and Square is functioning as expected. It’s worth noting that we’re using Elementor as well.
Hey orlovak,
I’d say this is the same issue, so I wouldn’t stress over creating a new issue. Just because you’re using elementor doesn’t mean it’s not related
👋 hey @smgdarien
Kindly note that each site has its unique characteristics. As such, and to better focus troubleshooting resources, it is best new threads to be created.
To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here?
Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://quickforget.com/ service and send that secret link here.
We await your response to better assist you.

Noted! However in this case, multiple users are reporting the same issue across a variety of builds. Which signifies it’s not a unique issue per site and its characteristics
Most WC stores and owners don’t have the time or resources to each individually troubleshoot or maintain seperate ticket threads. Creating seperate threads for the same issue can become a burden for future users trying to resolve or track the issue as well, as not all threads will show the resolution
in this case, as the issue seems to be similar and commonly reported by a large number of users, I’d recommend focusing the resources available to this thread
That way we can collectively report and keep track of any possible solutions or further findings to resolve the bug
Thank you for understanding!
Hi @smgdarien,
Good news, the issue has been dealt with by our developers and it’ll be fixed in the upcoming update. You can learn more here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-square/issues/94.
Cheers!
