Header sections blocking other sections

Hi!
Something changed in my Neve theme and now the three different sections of the header block elements from other parts of the header. For example, my main menu is in the main header section (middle) and it contains some dropdown menus. When I add an element to the bottom header and that section gets background color etc, it covers over the drop downs when they pop up. I have another site using Neve and this does not happen. This site was fine until it wasn’t. Both sites using same versions of everything. Just encountered this issue, still in development on localhost. Any ideas? Is it just a setting I’m missing? Not sure what got changed.

Unfortunately the one with the problem is the one that we’re using.

Hi @amys25,

It is probably a z-index issue. Please try adding the following code into Customizer -> Additional CSS:
```
 .header-main-inner, .header-main-inner a:not(.button), .header-main-inner .navbar-toggle {

    z-index: 99999 !important;
}
```
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @danamv,

I tried this fix and it doesn’t work for me. The site is live on a test URL now for trouble shooting etc. I actually had taken out the header bottom in the design so that this wouldn’t be a problem, but I added it back in so you can see what I mean. And now that I’ve migrated it to the new host, all of the dropdown menus from the WP header when you’re logged in (for customizing etc) are also covered. It’s so weird. If you scroll down past my site’s header then the WP header dropdowns work.
