My header on IE does not show. Help me, please!

You could try validating your site.
How can I found stylesheet.css at content/plugin?
If it’s a stylesheet that came with a plugin, look in the wp-content/plugins folder first. Otherwise, check the source of one of your pages. You should be able to figure out where the relevant stylesheet is from there.
I follow this tutorial So now on IE can see my header
