Header Image not appearing

I’ve purchased Land Excavator Pro and contacted support but I’ve been waiting a couple months for assistance, someone started working on this but haven’t heard back from them.

The issue is, when I upload an image for the Header image, it’s going behind the navigation menu instead of the Page title. I’ve tried every code possible and nothing is working.

This is a very time sensitive issue, as the clients’ website was to be completed in December.
