Header Image Fails

Just upgraded to WordPress 3.5.2 and the header image in Twenty Eleven 1.5 theme after the crop page fails. The image tries to go to step 3, but I get a Page Not Found? I also tried changing the header image via using the Choose Image from Media Library option and it also takes me to a page not found. Is anyone else seeing this issue? I may have to manually edit the DB to change the header image to the one I wish to use in my media library.
