Header Image and text

Im soooo stumped right now… Im taking over a wordpress site for someone who no longer works for us anymore. He hasn’t given me much direction on how he designed this wordpresss site. The template/themse used is through victheme.com. The site is http://www.creationaltrails.com

If you click on the about, calls, and indicators page you see the title in big bold letters layed on top of an ugly image that I can’t seem to change? I want to be able to change the font/text in the titles of these pages as well with provide my own image layed below them.

If you click on trails, and blog the titles have a subtitle below the title… I can’t for the life of me seem to find where it is I can change the text here as well with add a sub title to ALL of the following pages. Is this something pre layed out in the themes? And if so why can’ t I find it in my page option in wordpress or my editor section? I feel like the person who was working on this site before is leaving something out for me to know. I want to be able to change these background images behind the title text on ALL pages… but have no option to upload an image? Is this all have something to do with the victheme.com site? Why can’t I see any option to change the text of these titles anywhere on wordpress???

Please help me… we are launching this site and advertising it in the newspapers tmrw I need to figure this out asap!!!!
