Header gone missing

Yesterday afternoon had my wp site running perfectly. Then that evening went to view site and header was missing. I tryed other themes and they all seemed to be missing the header. I uninstalled everything including wp from the site. I waited until this morning reinstalled and same problem exists. Can anyone offer any help?
