Header doesn’t show on homepage

Hi, I can’t help myself with the header, I tried creating one with elementskit but it didn’t work out in any ways, now I’m trying with Header and footer plugin and it works badly but still works, except for the fact it doesn’t work on the homepage.
How can I fix that?
