HEADER ALWAYS VISIBLE

    Good afternoon WordPressers.
    I have a question.
    I would like to make my header always visible when I’m scrolling down.
    In the header I have placed a simple Drop Down menu to navigate my site.

    How can I do that?
    I have installed thesis openhook plugin in order to introduce hook code in my blog.
    I would appreciate very much your assistance
