    I check your site but the header is visible without highlighted the text see the below screenshot-

    For your second issue –

    Please recreate child theme using plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator/
    Using this plugin footer is automatic called. you don’t need to add it by outside.

    Hi support staff,

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    For the first issue, we found a quick fix by highlighting and changing the colors of the H2 & H3 texts so as to not affect business operations, but the root problem is not fixed as by default the color is white still.

    I’ll check out how to recreate the child theme using plugin 🙂 Thank you!

    Just a bump for relevance, as I seem to be having a similar or the same issue. I have checked out my site in wordpress link and by going there direct, and the headers are not showing up (unless you select all the text in which case you can see them).
