Having trouble with UK

I seem to be having some basic trouble with this plugin. I am trying the following code in my content editor:

[CBC country=”gb” show=”y”] You are reading this page in the UK[/CBC]
[CBC country=”us” show=”y”]You are reading this page in USA[/CBC]
[CBC country=”us, gb” show=”n”]You are reading this page in a country other than the USA or UK.[/CBC]

[CBC_COUNTRY /]

[CBC_IP /]

When I view my page through a UK proxy site (www.joeproxy.co.uk) I get the following result:

You are reading this page in USA
178.62.33.158

The expected result was:
You are reading this page in UK
United Kingdom —this does not work on any front, USA or other
178.62.33.158 —- this appears to be a UK IP to Digital Ocean in London UK so this should be working correctly

Any help with this? Is something worn with my code? My test page is http://corpakms.net/corpak/c-by-c-test-page/
