I’m not quite sure what you are trying to say again and I am bad at that.
I still don’t think that this problem is caused by something being wrong with Raindrops Theme. I still think it is Godaddy causing the problem using common sense.
I’ve seen you say you don’t believe sites are reverting a couple of times?

This may be impossible but is it possible for me to revert back to a version of Raindrops that was in use at the beginning of September and try that out?

Hi,
I had no choice than to use another Theme for my 5 Godaddy sites seeing as the Customizing is still not working after almost three weeks now.
I am not happy about it because the new theme is nowhere near as good as Raindrops. My other 9 sites on Hostgator continue to use the Raindrops theme.

Now I’m tring Switching functionality of option and theme_mod.
Some of the problems have been discovered, but I plan to implement this feature in the next update.
Although this is I do not know become breakthrough to solve the problem, if possible, please try to test.

I added that code here on one site: raindrops: functions.php (childs/functions.php)
I customized the site and we’ll wait and see if it holds. 🙂

The update didn’t work either. It reverted back before I was able to finish making the changes.

WHOA! STOP!
That update now screws up my Hostagtor sites. I applied the new update to one on my Hostgetor sites and now I can’t even customize it. It reverts back before I can even finish customizing.

The radio button, please switch back from the change to the other value

I did the Raindrops update on one of my Godaddy sites and the problem is worse now.
Then I did the Raindrops update on one of my Hostgator sites and now can’t customize it. There never was a problem before the update this morning so I won’t update any more of the Hostgator sites.
Sorry, I don’t know what radio button is but customize doesn’t work now and had to switch to another Theme on that site now. Am using “Biker Theme” on those sites and the customizing works on that theme.
Radio button is a standard circular option button, it’s a “one or the other” type of button.
