hamburger menu doesn’t work

    Hello,
    I’m building a site using Shapely, but just got a problem. Either on mobile version or tablet version, the hamburger menu doesn’t work. When I click on it, it shows nothing.
    The site I’m working on is : twcm.kfsyscc.org
